1. This agreement

This licence is an agreement between Syncore L.L.C. ("we") and whoever buys a licence to the themelui Angular admin template on themelui.com ("you"). By downloading or using the template, you accept it. It's part of our terms and conditions. Purchases made on ThemeForest are covered by Envato's Regular or Extended License instead.

2. What the words mean

• The template: the themelui Angular admin template, including its source code, components, styles, documentation and every update we provide.
• Developer: a person who works with the template's source code. People who only use a finished product aren't developers.
• End product: one application, website or piece of software, built for a particular purpose, that includes the template or part of it. Running the same product in several places, such as staging and production, still counts as one end product.
• Paid product: an end product that people pay to use, such as a SaaS with subscriptions, or software sold to more than one customer. A tool a business uses internally isn't a paid product just because the business makes money, and neither is a product a client pays you to build, as long as its own users don't pay to use it.

3. What every licence allows

We license the template to you for as long as you keep to this agreement, worldwide and without further payment. Within the limits of your licence, you may:

• use and change the template to build end products;
• build end products for yourself, your employer or your clients, and charge clients for your work;
• hand an end product over to a client, who may then use and change that end product, though not use the template to build others (for that, they need their own licence);
• keep the template in private code repositories that the developers your licence covers can reach;
• keep using every version you've received.

4. What each licence covers

• Personal: one developer and one end product, which can't be a paid product.
• Team: up to five developers at a time, and any number of end products, none of which can be a paid product.
• Extended: any number of developers and end products, including paid products.

When a developer leaves, someone else can take their place. To move up to a bigger licence, write to us and you'll pay only the difference.

5. What no licence allows

• Selling, sharing, giving away or publishing the template itself, or anything that's substantially the template, whether changed or not. That includes offering it as a template, theme, UI kit, starter kit, boilerplate or component library, free or paid.
• Making the template's source code publicly available, for example in a public repository or an open-source project. The compiled code of an end product that its users download is fine.
• Using the template in a product that lets its users build their own applications, websites or themes with it, such as a website builder or template generator.
• Giving access to your downloads, licence page or the GitHub repository to anyone your licence doesn't cover.
• Naming your product themelui, or presenting it as ours.

6. Updates and GitHub access

Every licence includes each new version of the template we publish. Your licence page lets you give read access to the template's private GitHub repository to as many GitHub accounts as your licence has seats: one for Personal, five for Team, and 25 for Extended, with more on request.

7. Ownership

We own the template and its copyright; you buy a licence to use it, not the template itself. The open-source software it's built on remains under its own licences, listed in the template's documentation. The people, companies, photos and figures in the sample data are made up for the demonstration: replace them before you ship.

8. When a licence ends

A licence ends if its purchase is refunded or its payment disputed, or if you break this agreement and don't put it right within 14 days of us asking you to. When it ends, you must stop using the template, including in end products built with it, and delete your copies.

9. Warranty, liability and law

The warranty, liability and governing law sections of our terms and conditions apply to this licence too.
