14-day money-back guarantee

If the template isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get the full amount back, including any tax you paid. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear it.

How to ask

Email hello@themelui.com from the address you bought with, and include your licence key or the order number on your receipt. You can also ask Paddle, who handled your payment, at paddle.net.

Paddle pays the refund back to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up within a few days, though some banks take up to ten working days.

What happens to your licence

A refund ends the licence. Your licence page stops offering downloads, the GitHub accounts you gave access lose it, and you may no longer use the template, so delete your copies.

Bought the wrong licence?

Within 14 days we can refund it so you can buy the right one. To move up to a bigger licence later, write to us and you'll pay only the difference.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law gives you more rights. We may still refund in some cases, for example if you bought the same licence twice by mistake, or if the template has a fault we can't fix.

Your legal rights

This guarantee comes on top of any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and doesn't limit them.

Disputed payments

Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund is quicker for everyone. A disputed payment ends the licence the same way a refund does.
