1. Who we are

themelui.com and the themelui Angular admin template ("the template") are provided by Syncore L.L.C., a company registered in Kosovo. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Syncore L.L.C., and "you" means the person or organisation that buys or uses the template. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

So when you buy, you buy from Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle charges you, collects any VAT or sales tax that applies and sends your receipt. These terms cover the template itself and your use of it, and apply alongside Paddle's. For questions about your payment, Paddle can help at paddle.net; for anything about the template, write to us.

3. What you buy

• The complete source code of the template that runs the live preview, with its documentation, and the future versions described in section 5.
• A licence to use it: Personal, Team or Extended. What each allows is set out in the licence, which is part of these terms.

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, or in euros in the EU and the other countries that use the euro, as shown when you buy. Tax follows local custom: in the EU the price includes VAT, while US sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and checkout shows the tax for your country before you pay. There is no subscription. The live preview runs on sample data: it shows what the code does and isn't a hosted service.

4. Delivery

As soon as your payment goes through, we email you a link to your licence page. From there you download the template and can give your developers access to its private GitHub repository. Keep the link to yourself: anyone who has it can download your files. If you lose it, ask for it again at account.themelui.com. If the email hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

5. Updates

Every licence includes each new version of the template we publish, at no extra cost, for as long as we sell it. New versions appear on your licence page and in the GitHub repository. We decide what goes into each version, so we don't promise particular features or dates, or support for particular versions of Angular or the other software the template uses.

6. Support

Support covers questions about using the template as we provide it, and bugs in it. It's by email, and we usually reply within two working days; Team and Extended licences are answered first. It doesn't cover changing the template for you, building features, or problems in your own code or in other software.

7. Refunds

You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying; the refund policy explains how. When a purchase is refunded or its payment is disputed with your bank, its licence ends and access to its downloads and the GitHub repository stops.

8. Using your licence page

Your licence page, its downloads and the GitHub access it gives are for the people your licence covers. We may suspend them if they're being shared beyond that or otherwise used against the licence, and we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first where we can.

9. Open-source software

The template is built on open-source software, including Angular, spartan-ng, Tailwind CSS and Apache ECharts, which stays under its own licences; the template's documentation lists them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences. Angular is a trademark of Google LLC, and we're not affiliated with Google or spartan-ng.

10. Warranty

We build and test the template carefully, but provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it's free of errors, that it suits your particular purpose, or that it works with every browser, device or version of the software it depends on, so check it in your own product before relying on it. If you're a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms don't affect.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim about the template is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add to what we offer or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes never take away rights under a licence you've already bought.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and can bring a claim there.
